Job Overview: As a Service Coordinator, you will be the key link between our customers, dealerships, and internal service teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer inquiries and service requests from German- and Polish-speaking markets are managed promptly and professionally. You will play a crucial role in coordinating services and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our dedication to excellence. This is a hybrid position, allowing you the flexibility of working 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely. This balance supports a productive, flexible work-life while maintaining essential in-person collaboration with the team.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers from German- and Polish-speaking regions, handling service inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.Coordinate service appointments, repairs, and maintenance schedules between customers and dealerships.Ensure timely communication between all parties, including customers, technical teams, and service departments.Manage the service workflow, ensuring that all service requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.Resolve customer concerns by liaising with internal teams and escalating issues when necessary.Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.Contribute to improving our service processes by providing customer feedback and suggestions to internal teams. Requirements: Fluency in German and Polish is a must (both written and verbal).Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or a similar role is highly beneficial.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.A background or passion for the automotive industry is a plus but not essential.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on problem-solving.
