You will be working in the European Shared Services Center, with more than 300 employees based near Barcelona, supporting the group's various subsidiaries across Europe and other regions.
We are recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join the transport planning team as a Planner.
You will be working with drivers and other schedulers to plan liquid gas deliveries to business customers across the Northern Continent in France, Benelux, and Germany.
As a Planner, you will be responsible for:Forecasting and scheduling to fulfil customer requirementsScheduling available resources (drivers, equipment, and product) to meet customer demandUsing initiative and data to react to unplanned changesCustomer ServicesYou will have:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to work independently and in a team, making decisions based on the information providedAnalytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skillsPrevious Customer Service and/or logistical/supply chain experience is an advantageExcellent computer literacy skillsProficient level of German with English and Dutch or FrenchYou will be working in a flexible team that shares the work following interesting working time schemes to cover a 24/7 service or Monday to Sunday, which means working time will also include weekends and nights.
