Position Overview: In this role as a Service Coordinator , you will be the central contact point for customers, service teams, and dealerships across German- and Lithuanian-speaking regions . Your primary responsibility will be managing service requests, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, and ensuring smooth, effective communication. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days working remotely , giving you a perfect balance between collaboration and independence. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main contact for German- and Lithuanian-speaking customers , addressing service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing complaints. Coordinate service appointments, repairs, and maintenance with customers and dealerships. Ensure clear and prompt communication between customers, technical teams, and service departments. Track the status of service requests to ensure they are resolved on time and to the customer's satisfaction. Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction after services are completed. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution. Keep customers informed on the progress of their service requests. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and actions taken within the CRM system. Help improve customer service processes by providing feedback and recommendations to internal teams. Qualifications: Fluency in German and Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is required. Previous experience in customer service, service coordination , or a similar role is a strong advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building customer relationships. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Interest or experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Competency with CRM systems and general office tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .
