Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll partner with clients to enhance their sales strategies, analyze performance data, resolve concerns related to campaigns and budgets, and develop innovative solutions to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with assigned accounts to foster business growthPresent products and services clearly and professionally, tailored to each client's needsAddress objections confidently and uncover new sales opportunitiesManage and track the sales pipeline, providing updates and performance insightsConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIsHandle email correspondence related to client inquiries and commercial mattersCommunicate client feedback to internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and identifying new business opportunitiesRequirements: Proficiency in German (C2 level)Proficiency in English (C1 level)EU citizenship or Spanish residency cardMinimum one year of experience in sales, particularly inbound and/or outbound salesStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skillsPassionate about sales and client relationshipsDriven to learn and grow in the industryWhy Join Us?
