Requirements:

Native-level proficiency in German
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 months to 1 year of experience in digital advertising and PPC campaigns
6 months to 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Passion for marketing, technology, and digital innovation
Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends
