Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or automated alerts, ensuring user needs are met efficiently.
Record call details in our management system, maintaining timely responses and resolutions in line with our service level agreements (SLAs).
Stay updated on our products and services, particularly those tailored to individual customer needs.
Escalate service issues to senior team members as necessary.
Collaborate with team members on specific projects and fulfill administrative responsibilities.
Participate in regular team meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
C2/ fluent in German (both verbal and written), with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role.
Advanced IT knowledge in areas such as signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audiovisual products.
Strong customer care skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Ability to take ownership of calls, progressing them to resolution or escalating as needed.
