German Customer Service Madrid | (L-775)

Detalles de la oferta

Responsible for monitoring orders until delivery to customers to ensure excellence in service level.

Act as the main contact person for assigned customer accounts.

Track delivery and ensure the quality of products and services delivered to B2B customers.

Deal with customer complaints, provide appropriate and alternative solutions on time; follow up to ensure resolution.

Administrative monitoring of sales and technical team projects.

Preparing bills in SAP.

Qualifications: 2 to 5 years' experience in customer service. Mastery of SAP Business One. Usual mastery of the Importante empresa Office suite. Fluency in German and English (oral and written) is mandatory; French and Italian are a big plus. Salary and Work Conditions: Location: Madrid

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Home office options available.
