German Customer Service In Madrid

Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer support in both German and English via phone, email, and chat.Resolve customer issues related to account management, product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other service-related requests.Assist customers with navigating products and services, including handling order changes, cancellations, and refunds.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.Provide insights and feedback on recurring issues to enhance service quality.Ensure timely, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Requirements: Native German speaker with B2/C1 English proficiency.Must reside in Madrid and be able to work on-site during the first 6 weeks.Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work autonomously after the training period and provide remote support.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
