It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
Your daily work will include tasks like these: Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem Brainstorm with your colleagues to improve the Customer Experience Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms Ensure improved Trustpilot reviews Flag and escalate customer queries when needed to find the right resolution Map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction Your qualifications You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).
Experience in the customer support industry is a plus.
Education in business administration or finance or similar.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office applications).
Excellent problem-solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations).
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties, and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
