Responsibilities: Be responsible to conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads You will receive the lead from the marketing team. You will be responsible for the pre-sales processes and give a positive experience to the future client. You will carry out the sales processes and always have you main focus on the positive experience of the client Requirements Previous experience in pesales, sales and customer service in a multi-channel environment Excellent communication skills (both voice and written) Native level of GERMAN High level of self motivation to contribute to achieving the company targets Customer centric and problem solving Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus You have motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions Benefits 38,5h per week permanent contract, Monday to Sunday.
