Project coordination in a bustling, deadline-driven environmentWorking closely with clients in German-speaking markets and multinational internal teamsQuality control of German content in a wide variety of styles, terminologies, and formatsOverseeing the creation of editorial briefs and glossariesEnsuring copy adheres to the client's desired style, tone of voice, and brand imageBalancing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring profitability of projectsRecruitment and training of copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreadersDesired Profile Secondary and higher education in Germany or Austria GermanyWorking languages mandatory: German (native-speaker level required), English and FrenchLinguistic project management, journalistic, or translation backgroundStrong writing and editing skillsAppreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environmentSolid work ethic, team player, dedicated to seeing challenging projects through to completionInterpersonal skills, adaptability, multitask-orientedExcellent knowledge of Office tools, interest in new technologies, computer savvyExperience with Trados Studio a plusConditions Job basedin Barcelona, SpainHybrid onsite-telework modelFull time, 40 hours per weekSalary commensurate with experience23 days of annual paid vacationHealth insuranceMeal voucher (€7 daily face value, 100% paid by the company)Transportation reimbursement of €50/month
