Job Description: Managing customer contact actively and pro-actively handling questions and requests via inbound and outbound calls and emails for clients using our services for the German market.
Responsibilities:Consultation Calls (Pre-live): Conduct outbound calls (±45 minutes per call) to clients who have ordered a website product and assist them in starting the creation process. Gather information on the desired content.Approval Calls (Pre-live): Conduct outbound calls (±30 minutes per call) to discuss the first website draft with clients. Log internal revisions if clients request changes (minor website changes can be made during the call). Follow up with clients to publish their websites.Caring Calls (Post-live): Call existing clients after five business days to check on the website's performance, any changes needed, and expected results.Emails and Inbound Calls: Handle change requests or general questions from clients.Professional Development Opportunities:Potential progression to Senior Agent or Team Lead roles, depending on business needs.
