TasksYour tasks will be focussed on supporting the sales team and acquiring new business within the German-Austria market with the following responsibilities:Apply a consultative sales approach to acquire new businessTelephone customer service and account managementManage a portfolio of accounts, regularly updating ERP with follow-ups and quotationsCreate and manage quotations and documentationConstruct strong customer relationships by assuring customer satisfaction through post sales service and effective solution sellingNegotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins for the businessOffer hands-on customer support.
Requirements REQUIREMENTSStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExperience in telesales and/or e-commerceExperience in sales and customer service - preferably within the IT sectorResults driven and dedicated to exceeding sales targetsNative German is mandatory.Available to work from Madrid - already resident in Madrid preferredWillingness to learn and grasp new business/technical concepts Offer Type of contract: Full-time Hybrid mode.Salary range: up to 40.000€ gross / year (according to your skills, knowledge & work experience) + competitive bonus.Career opportunities.
