Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance objectives and exceed targets.
Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to highlight Arctech's technological advantages.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable contracts for the company.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record in solar sales, with a strong emphasis on solar trackers.
In-depth understanding of the solar industry, including market dynamics, technologies, and customer requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to travel extensively within Europe .
