Drive profitable growth while minimizing cost-to-distribute. Responsible for markets top line and P&L.Key ResponsibilitiesSource for sales, exports and travel retail channels globally or regionally and orchestrate all the related Division's activities, in close cooperation with current product category, sales and marketing organizations. Ultimately responsible for the development of markets / channels penetrated by maximizing market share and sales growth per agreed profitability requirements, optimize go-to-market strategy, through market intelligence: support the development of a tailor-made product offering consisting of global and regionally sourced products and provide customers with best in class support and customer satisfaction while minimizing our end-to-end cost-to-serve.
