You should have: A degree in Biology or a related field, or equivalent qualifications and/or experience. A minimum of 3 years experience working in a molecular biology laboratory. Experience of working with RNA. Good experimental laboratory skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. High attention to detail. High organizational and reporting skills. Entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be proactive, and the capacity to work both independently and in a high-performance team. What will give you extra points: A) Experience with: RNA extraction from "difficult" samples, such as FFPE or serum/plasma samples. Automated systems for nucleic acid handling and processing. RNA-seq library preparation, especially with low or ultra-low input protocols. Next Generation Sequencing. Liquid biopsy and/or molecular oncology. Working in a GMP and/or ISO accredited environment B) Professional working proficiency in English. Your responsibilities: Perform experiments using Flomics' defined experimental pipelines. Assist other researchers to execute scientific studies. Maintain documentation to ensure traceability and experimental reproducibility. Perform experiments in accordance with quality guidelines.
