Generative AI Innovation Specialist
Summary
We are seeking an Innovation Specialist with Project Management skills and experience who specializes in Generative AI to lead our innovative streams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Generative AI models, their applications, and the ability to manage projects that leverage these technologies.
Key responsibilities
1. Innovation Lead : Lead / Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic plan for advancing Generative AI technology within the organization.
Build business cases and monitor associated financial value realization.
2.Team Collaboration : Identify required skills and collaborate with a team of developers and engineers to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models.
3.Research & Development : Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of Generative AI and incorporate relevant innovations into the organization's AI initiatives.
4.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for the application of Generative AI.
5.Project Assistance : Lead or Support the execution of Generative AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and following best practices.
The ideal candidate
Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI or tech-related projects.
Deep understanding of Generative AI models, their development, and application.
Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, including but not limited to GANs, VAEs, and Transformer models.
Familiarity with AI programming languages such as Python, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into understandable terms for non-technical team members and managers.
Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
