Role Objectives As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work closely with domain experts, cross-functional teams, and digital product teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions, including Generative AI and large language models, to tackle complex use cases across various domains.

Integrating AI developments into existing workflows and solutions in collaboration with platform and product teams.
Continuously improving and optimizing AI models to enhance their accuracy, scalability, computational efficiency, and compliance with standards.
Keeping your knowledge and expertise up-to-date and sharing it with colleagues to foster a culture of AI-driven innovation.
Main Tasks Collaborate closely with domain experts and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide AI-based solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including Generative AI and large language models, to address complex business challenges.
Validate the feasibility and value contribution of new technological developments.
Work with platform and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
Continuously improve AI models for better accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and share knowledge with colleagues to promote a culture of innovation.
Job Requirements Work Experience: Extensive experience in applying deep learning and machine learning architectures, including transformers and language models, to solve business problems and drive innovation.
Proven software development skills with deep experience in Python, working with ML frameworks and tools in a cloud environment.
Strong problem-solving attitude, excellent analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Advanced prompt engineering and fine-tuning experience.
Experience with AI orchestration and integration with graph technologies.
Practical experience in deploying AI solutions to address industrial applications.
Technical & Professional Knowledge Proven track record of successful AI-driven projects in an industrial setting.
Experience with cloud-based platforms and tools for AI and ML development.
Ability to work in an agile and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
