If your answer is YES we are looking forward to meeting you!Be a part of a team where you will:Assist and advise the business on employee relation issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed, keeping lines of communication open between People Partners and the People Operations team.Assist and advise People Partners in answering any pertinent questions regarding Labor Law, policies and procedures.Ensure that all pertinent payroll information is submitted and communicated to Payroll Department on a timely manner.Conduct audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data.Administer and implement benefit plans (Private Health insurance, gym benefits, meal vouchers, transport vouchers and childcare vouchers, among others).Maintain compliance with local regulations concerning all aspects of employment in the corresponding scope.Prepare Labor Relation assessment on matters investigated by the Compliance team.Together with the People Ops Team Lead manage Labor Authorities inspections and external audits.Provide advice to business on Labor Relation cases covering all aspects of the employment relationship, such as collective bargaining, disciplinary, complaints, performance, absence, flexible working, redundancy, contractual changes, etc.Partner with legal advisors on risk mitigation across employee life cycles that can have potential employment obligations. This includes review of policies, ER processes and procedures to align with latest best practices and changes in local laws.Deal with termination cases: assessment of the type of dismissal/termination, preparation of the paperwork according to the local regulations.
