As part of its strategic expansion into the European market, the company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Director to lead its operations in Spain. Position Title: Country Director - Spain Location: Flexible (Madrid or Remote, with regular travel as required) Reports To: Global CEO Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in Spain. Market Development: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across various industries. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the global leadership team to align Spain's operations with the company's broader European expansion strategy. P&L Accountability: Take full responsibility for the country's sales turnover and profitability, ensuring sustainable business growth. Brand Advocacy: Represent the company's values and mission, strengthening its presence and reputation in the Spanish market. Qualifications: Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, preferably within the MRO or industrial products sector. Deep understanding of the Spanish market, with established relationships across relevant industries. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to drive results and manage P&L. Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities. Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
