General Manager: Southern Europe

Founded in 2001, Resident Advisor (RA) is one of the world's longest-running music media brands and a cornerstone of the dance, electronic and DJ ecosystem. The site's audience of over 6 million monthly users is drawn in by a combination of news, editorial, club listings, and ticketing, RA-branded events at venues and festivals worldwide, original films, and a weekly mix series that has run for 18 years.Purpose of the role: Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, French, and English is a requirement for this role. The General Manager is a newly created role at RA, driving the growth and performance of RA in Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal during an exciting period in the company's growth.Key responsibilities:Drive performance and output of all team activities through ownership of local KPIs across commercial, growth & content.Work with the Growth team, implementing the International Strategy locally in Southern Europe with direct oversight of the local GCN team.Full P&L ownership for Southern Europe's team revenues (RA Pro) and expenses (headcount, operating costs, and overheads).Initiate and maintain key market relationships: commercial, cultural, and creative.Oversight of local Commercial/Revenue team, mentoring and training to achieve commercial targets.Responsibility for#J-18808-Ljbffr
