Generate new leads / convince businesses of our services Manage the service team Performance tracking (e.g., Ticket Volume, Response times) Create / improve service processes (e.g., escalation processes) Maintain a sophisticated Knowledge Base Management Regular reports to external stakeholders Your Profile:

Previous experience in customer service or in electrotechnical area is valued Previous experience in area of renewable energies / photovoltaics is valued Structured approach; efficient problem-solving Business mindset Good communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit, and quality awareness Very good knowledge of German Good knowledge of English (or other languages) is an advantage Working model: working from home (home office) Please send your CV in English or German.
