General Manager - Private Label (Beverage Alcohol, P&L exp required)
Plans, organizes, directs, and provides executive leadership to achieve annualvolume/profit objectives; develops and executes plans that will ensure the long-term growth and viability of assigned product lines and leads all business unitdepartmental functions across Marketing, Innovation, Operations, Supply Chain, etc. Ensures that any new product meets the evolving needs of the organization, through continual innovation, evaluation, and implementation.Responsible for hiring, lead/ managing, develop, and retaining the business unitprofessional team and ensures the proper development and application of procedures. Contributes to the improvement of the business unit and the Company as a whole in accordance with Company policy, as directed by the CEO.

Oversees the preparation of strategies, plans, and budgets for assigned partnerships and product lines, timely high- quality execution of such plans, and implementation of corrective action as needed, under the direction of the CEO. Plan areas include

Ensures ongoing efforts to propose, test and evaluate new strategic and tactical approaches to all areas of the marketing/product development mix.
Coordinates and directs the development and oversight of budgets.
Maintains processes to develop new product ideas continuously and oversees research and system evaluation of new ideas to determine their consumer, financial, and operations viability.
Positively motivates and clearly communicates to all departments to ensure agreement and timely/high quality execution of new initiatives.
Maintains team focus on ongoing data-driven analysis and definition of key opportunities for growth and strategic advantage and ensures consistent pursuit of these objectives.
Oversees activities of marketing campaigns, and related efforts, etc.
Provides guidance and direction to development of portfolio strategies, financial guidelines, etc. on a data-driven basis.
Leads aspects of Departmental function: identifies, recommends, and contributes to systems and changes that will improve productivity, capability, cooperation, and/or morale of subordinates, peers, etc.
Through individual guidance, mentors, and coaches, personnel succeed and grow in their positions, develop their skills and future potential and maintain a high level of knowledge in the marketing industry.
Exercises administrative control over the personnel assigned to him/her (i.e. interviewing, training, orientation, salary reviews, performance appraisals, etc.). Trains staff members thoroughly in established Company policies, procedures, philosophy, and business practices.
Develops and presents to the executive teammatters requiring his/her decision.
Contributes to innovative ideas, expertise, knowledge, high professional standards, team spirit, and pride in the Company
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee, manage, and track employee performance. Function as a strong team-builder, coach, and mentor for staff working in a very collaborative environment.

Include staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating, and process improvement; make self-available to staff; provide regular performance feedback; and develop subordinates' skills and encourage growth.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS A master's degree in marketing or Business Administration or equivalent in training and experience is required.
The knowledge and skills required for this position are typically acquired in 6 to 8 years of experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within a CPG Operations/ Management environment,
Experience in developing and executing financial strategies and oversight of P&L accountability
Substantial ability to analyzeand design a broad range of relevant qualitative and quantitative marketstrategies
