Functions and Tasks:
- Oversee the daily operations of the cafe and coworking space.
- Manage staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Handle budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
