General Manager/Manageress

We are looking to employ an exceptional, professional and dynamic General Manager for our busy & well established Restaurant in La Cala.
You must have a minimum of 10 years experience in fine dining restaurants, speak fluent Italian, Spanish, and English, and have the energy, drive, and passion to lead our team here, striving for excellent service standards.
Experience: Required Languages: English – Advanced.
Italian – Advanced.
Spanish – Advanced Employment: Full-time Schedule: 6 days a week, 6 hours a day Salary: €1,700 – €1,900 monthly Starting time: Immediate start!
About La Scala Group: 3 Restaurants: La Scala Elviria, Marbella; La Pergola La Cala de Mijas; 'Figaro', La Cala de Mijas.
