Key Responsibilities: Overseeing Daily Operations: Lead the daily operations of the organisation across pricing, sales, staffing, product management, and construction, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the business. Implementing Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth while setting and tracking key performance goals. Reviewing and Improving Policies & Procedures: Continuously evaluate and refine company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability. Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Compliance: Oversee, maintain, and enforce all WHS standards, ensuring compliance and safety across the organisation. Conduct quarterly toolbox meetings to ensure team alignment and safety culture. Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the hiring of key personnel and oversee comprehensive training programs to develop team skills and foster continuous improvement. Strategic Investment Decisions: Evaluate and make informed decisions regarding equipment, infrastructure, and personnel investments to enhance operational capacity. Financial & Productivity Oversight: Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement. Lead cost-saving initiatives and drive process improvement. Reporting to Executives: Provide detailed reports on key results and performance to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for business optimisation. Directing Sales & Marketing Efforts: Lead sales, marketing, and customer service activities to ensure a strong market presence and maintain high standards of client service.
