Empresas: Dazia CapitalThe General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of new building openings, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.This role requires a strategic leader with excellent management skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.Your main functions will be: Oversee all aspects of the mobilisation and opening of the new site, support with the pre-opening planning, staff recruitment, and training.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve operational goals.Keep a guest-centered approach at all times.Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing guest feedback promptly and effectively.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.Supervise third-party contractors to ensure SLAs are met and monitor agreed KPIs for an exceptional guest experience.Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial, and key metrics to Head Office.Represent our brand within the local community and build strong relationships with business partners, local authorities, and other stakeholders.Requisitos: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in aparthotels, serviced apartments, or student residences.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Proven track record of successfully managing hotel or aparthotel operations, including pre-opening experience desirable.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Knowledge of the Madrid hospitality market and local business environment is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
