This time, we are collaborating with a globally recognized leader in high-tech equipment manufacturing, renowned for its cutting-edge solutions and commitment to excellence.With a strong presence in over 40 countries and decades of expertise,our client specializes in providing advanced machinery for construction and agricultural sectors.Their products, including state-of-the-art concrete and mixing equipment, play a critical role in driving progress in housing, infrastructure, and urban development projects.We are seeking a driven professional to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Development and management of business support resources, such as market intelligence, finance, human resources, administration, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, financing, fiscal, legal, and tax affairs, as well as spare parts.Development and maintenance of relationships for business opportunities, general management, direct sales, customers, and channels.Collation and analysis of market information, industry dynamics, and sales data.Platform construction, compliance control, institutional system building, team development, and resource coordination in each country within the region of responsibility.Achieving regional sales targets.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in mechanical engineering, management, or marketing.At least 8 years of experience in the construction equipment, commercial vehicle (heavy trucks, special vehicles, etc.
