We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us, you can continue to explore Accor's limitless possibilities.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a leader for the Ibis brand as General Manager for the Ibis Barcelona Montmeló Granollers.The hotel belongs to one of our franchise partners of Accor and the selected candidate will be employed by our franchise partners.About this hotelThis hotel is located in between Montmeló and Granollers, in the north of Barcelona, next to the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya racetrack, close to Mataró and 18.6 miles (30 km) from the incredible city of Barcelona.The hotel has 100 rooms spread across 3 floors, as well as a restaurant that offers daily breakfast and a bar.About youYour leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged and unified team, as well as guest satisfaction and maximize operating results for the hotel.You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, tenacity to drive the top line, manage costs, increase quality and find synergies to exceed targets.Overview of dutiesFunctions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of operations of the Hotel to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.Ensure the best quality of service and transmit the Ibis state of mind.Optimize RevPar by optimizing the various sales channels.Lead the team and transmit the Heartist spirit.Guarantee quality of Accommodation & Catering offers.Ensure implementation and proper monitoring of procedures.Ensure the application of labor relations, health and safety.To represent ACCOR and the owner franchise in all issues relating to the hotel.QualificationsPrevious and solid experience in the Hospitality industry is required.Strong customer orientation, commitment, emotional intelligence as well as being a point of reference and credibility for all the hotel staff and stakeholders.Solid managerial skills to unite the team around a common project, in the search for the achievement of quality and economic objectives.Fluent in Spanish and English.
