You will hire a team of engineers, technicians, operators, line managers and supporting staff to successfully operate this new foundry.
The location is Trujillo,Extremadura.
**Duties of this position include**:- ** Construct - **Oversee the build and fit-up of our Spain foundry, serving as a liaison between the local construction company and our Advanced Factory Systems team- ** Recruit - **Hire and build up a dynamic, high-performing team- ** Manage - **Oversee day-to-day operations, establishing and driving production goals, including- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures, providing resources and training.- Developing performance, efficiency, quality, and safety metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting results to executive leadership.- Managing finances, monitoring budgets, expenses, and product unit costs to drive revenue and margin projections.- Managing relations with local and central governments, suppliers, and customers- Working closely with the US team**Requirements**:- Proven track record as a General Manager of a technology manufacturing company or similar management role with at least 10+ years of experience in managing large technology or semiconductor manufacturing teams and operations- Knowledgeable in business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operation, manufacturing process...Etc.
