Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. Ideal candidates are proactive and able to contribute expertise to successfully design graphics that help communicate our giving message. Your responsibilities would include:
Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
Testing graphics across various media
Developing illustrations, logos and other designs
Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, infographics and promotional artwork, and informative ebooks
Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
Working with other teams and overseeing the smooth implementation of new content
Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events
Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Minimum Requirements:
Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and 3D software is a big plus!)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
