Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Director to lead our European operations and drive strategic initiatives across all branches.
The role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering growth, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives to maintain our leadership position in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership:Provide strategic oversight and direction to all European branches, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.Define and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, profitability, and scalability across the region.Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each branch and department to measure performance against strategic objectives:Revenue growth percentage year-over-yearClient satisfaction scoresClosing rate percentageOversee financial performance across all European branches, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and manage risk effectively.Analyse financial data and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and achieve financial targets.Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve growth objectives in Europe.Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to guide strategic decision-making.Collaborate with senior management to align European operations with overall corporate strategy.Team Leadership and Development:Lead and mentor a diverse team of branch managers and operational staff, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.Implement talent development initiatives, training programs, and succession planning to build a high-performing team.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities and individual growth.Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and foster strategic partnerships.Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to leverage synergies and best practices across regions.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience (6+ years) in senior management roles with oversight of multi-site operations, preferably within the investment management or real estate industry.Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a track record of driving organizational growth and operational excellence.Core Competencies: Operational Leadership and ManagementFinancial Management and AnalysisStrategic Planning and ExecutionTeam Leadership and DevelopmentStakeholder Management and Relationship BuildingGlobal Perspective and Market InsightIf you would like to join our team, please send your CV!
