WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Research Manager within BCG's Data and Research Service (DRS) team, you will contribute to DRS hub/office level decisions, activities and initiatives such as hiring, training, and special projects.
You will manage a team of around 3-7 people and will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, with full ownership of their career development and performance management.
You will shape positive, creative working relationships with internal business partners.
BCG's PIPE Practice Area works with the world's largest investment firms.
Due Diligence topics cut across industries (e.G., Health Care, Consumer, Technology) and sub-topics (e.G., Tech Capital, Private Credit, Environmental, Social and Governance).
YOU'RE GOOD AT: Team management and development: With excellent managing and coaching expertise, you will ensure that the team meets high-quality delivery and achieves service delivery objectives such as utilization and good customer feedback.
Acting as thought partner and strategic thinker: With strong problem-solving and lateral thinking ability, you will manage business relationships with team leadership at the regional level and partner with stakeholders in both transactional and strategic dimensions.
Offering exceptional levels of customer service: You have the ability to interface confidently with stakeholders and are an effective collaborator engaging with both leaders and peers within the team.
Working flexibly in a fast-paced environment: You will effectively prioritize and multi-task, working in a fast-paced and deadline-focused environment.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS): 6-8+ years relevant working experience in one or several industries (e.G.
Public Sector, Consumer, Energy, Industrial Goods, Healthcare, Technology, Marketing) with relevant experience in Due Diligences.
Master's degree preferred, with a demonstrated high academic record.
Excellent English skills.

DRS works with both qualitative and quantitative data, conducting research and providing synthesized results from over 100 commercial sources, publicly available data, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities, and trade data.
