Ryanair is Europe's greenest cleanest airline group and customers switching to fly Ryanair can reduce their CO2 emissions by up to 50% compared to the other Big 4 EU major airlines.The roleThe Customer Service Operations department is now offering a full time position to a GDPR Admin Support.The successful candidate will be based at Ryanair's Madrid Office and will report to the CS GDPR Legal Executive, within our Customer Service Legal Department.The successful candidate will be expected to:Process Data Subject Access requests (DSAR), addressing all the claims behind the request when related to e.g., EU261 and Refund claims.Assist Data Protection Team with the investigation of data breaches and coordinate data breach response.Provide regular support to Customer Service Legal team and DPO.Assist the CS GDPR Legal Executive to identify causes of GDPR escalations and collaborate with the relevant teams to improve processes to prevent these.Work on a variety of ad-hoc tasks as required.RequirementsSkills/Experience Required:Interest in GDPR regulation.Ability to deal with tight deadlines.Customer orientated.Numerate and comfortable working with data.Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.Interest in the airlines industry and operations.Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).Fluency in multiple European languages would be highly regarded.Excellent organizational, record keeping and communication skills.Ability to learn quickly and show initiative.Strong organization and planning skills, this is a busy role with a large volume of work.Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.BenefitsWe believe in a hybrid working model, after probation period, you can work up to two days per week remote, but you are also going to enjoy the excellent work environment at our modern offices in the heart of Madrid.Possibility for career growth in a continuously growing team.Competitive salary with stable yearly reviews.Staff travel benefits: flights discounts.Optional discount for several medical insurances.Referral bonus system.
