What you'll do: Responsibilities In this role, you will act as a Consultant, Global Consulting Services. You will work on clients' missions and act as a bridge between ADP Services and the client's team. You will put your expertise at the client's service to ensure they are successful in their relationship with ADP.Daily, you will receive different client requests and help the GCS team to assess and define the client's brief. Then you will work side by side with the client's team on achieving the defined scope. You will capitalize on your expertise and your ADP network to advise, support and sometimes take the client by hand until the goal is achieved. When not on client missions, you will work with the GCS team to grow the team, improve the collective consultative skills, and grow the GCS offering.Your client missions might look as follows: Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting the client team to become independent in the utilization of an ADP Product, or on specific payroll subjects.Produce and deliver training sessions about a specific topic, as per engagement agreement.Document processes and knowledge gaps.Support with data gathering activities. Liaise with different client stakeholders to provide requested data in the format expected by ADP.Handle and collaborate with the ADP team throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including reconciliation.Support clients through the User Acceptance Test, Parallel Test and Go-Live phases.Writing of testing scenarios and validation of testing results.Ensure that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedule.Facilitate a Process Improvement workshop, advising the client about potential follow-up actions, documenting them into outcome reports.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements You are an expert in one of the below areas:
HCM Implementation projects.Project management applied to HR or payroll process.Consulting skills for payroll. Must have solid functional/blueprinting knowledge.An EMEA country Payroll expertise.Time and Attendance systems.Payroll data management, testing, data mapping, data conversion.You have a good functional knowledge of at least one of the ADP products GlobalView, Celergo/Streamline, eTime, Workforce manager.You like working on different types of missions with different clients.You have a passion for supporting, helping and sharing your expertise to make a client successful.You like to learn and improve your skills and expertise.A college degree is great but not required.
