You'll work on exciting projects like data migration, endpoint protection, cloud app security, identity protection, CSPM, CIEM, workload protection. If you require a visa, we've got you covered – we'll take care of it As an operational partner, the GCP Cloud Lead Security will report directly to the client's Global CISO. Key Responsibilities: Shape and implement technical strategies and configurations for GCP security solutions, including: Real-time malware protection and attack surface reduction for endpoints. Strict IAM policy implementation. Behavior anomaly detection and response. Adaptive access control for apps and devices. Infrastructure security (serverless, containers, IaaS, PaaS, databases). Cloud App Security (SaaS). GCP policies and governance. Security Posture Management (Cloud Compliance). WAF/DDoS and Privilege Access Management. File Integrity Monitoring. Log integration with SIEM and use case definition for monitoring GCP apps. AI strategy within GCP Cloud. Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Requirements: Proven experience as a Security Engineer or GCP Platform Security Expert. Strong background in IT security technologies across infrastructure, applications, data, cloud, and networks. Extensive experience in migration projects, including high-volume database transitions to cloud-native solutions. Up-to-date knowledge of security threats and solutions. Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work in multi-country, multi-cultural environments. Technical expertise in Linux/Windows, coding languages, and networks. Experience with major ERPs (SAP) and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). Data-oriented mindset with excellent analytical, technical, and project management skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder relationship skills. Comprehensive understanding of organizational technology components supporting business operations. Certifications from ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, EC-Council, CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent. Experience in: Security tools like firewalls, EDR/XDR/NDR, and Microsoft E5 stack. Emerging technologies and trends in ICS&OT, IIOT, automotive security, and more. Security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC2). Vulnerability management, penetration testing, and secure system development. Security operations, incident management, and disaster recovery plans.
