Spearheading the strategic planning and execution of setting up a Global Business Services (GBS) model, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives and enhancing operational efficiencies for clients.
Serving as the primary point of contact between all relevant stakeholders.
Facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drive the successful implementation of the GBS model.
Analyzing current operational processes to identify opportunities for standardization and optimization.
Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Overseeing the selection and implementation of technology solutions that support the GBS model, ensuring they meet the needs for efficiency, scalability, and security.
Managing ongoing technology upgrades and maintenance to support operational excellence.
