Play your part in bringing together mobility and responsibility by joining Alstom team as a Country Talent Development Manager in Madrid PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Overall responsibility for ensuring that the country/cluster organization has the right people in the right job at the right time and has a supply of talent coming up for the future by supporting the businesses in career management, Talent acquisition and learning.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Performance Management: Provide support and expertise to HR colleagues and Country Management Committee on the People Management Cycle Processes, track results at country/cluster level.
Check consistency and data quality.
Propose corrective actions if necessary.
Work proactively with Talent Management Network to improve current processes and align them with the short and long-term company business objectives.
Community Management: Identify the need for a collective competency assessment and share this need with Group Community Management.
Manage deployment of the processes and selected development tools into the country/Cluster.
For a given community or other collective competency assessment projects, lead the project governance.
Individual People Development: Identify employees to include in the Country Talent Pool.
Conduct career interviews with the identified employees and define development actions.
Provide support and expertise to site HR leaders on Individual Development Plans (IDP) and follow up their deployment.
People Review and Talent Forum: Manage the country/cluster People Review meeting.
Lead Country talent acquisition projects.
Promote internal resource, facilitate sharing of talent pools.
Talent Acquisition & University Relations: Define Recruitment Strategy for the country/cluster in line with the Group guidelines.
Supervise the strategy with the Universities and other Training centers.
Work closely with MD's and Site HR for staffing top management and 'local' positions.
Participate in the selection of country/cluster Head-hunters.
Other Projects: Lead the local deployment of certification initiatives such as Top Employer.
Give support in the deployment of the Engagement Survey and Action plans.
