The candidate will be expected to be responsible (accountable) for those deliverables under his/her responsibility.Ensuring enough and on time supply and supporting adherence to relevant Supply Chain Management KPIs, with escalation of supply risks appropriately and timely. To build a smooth workflow with local and global teams. Manage the creation/change/deactivation of material codes following the defined parameters and controls.Main Tasks: Monitoring and responsible of planning accounts and main contact to Supply Chain Management Site / Global counterparts and CMOs regarding product portfolio.Prepares stock out risk and reports to share with local and global teams (OOS Reporting for Service Level).Prepares report of shipment's status for monitoring purposes.Monitor sales trends and take appropriate action to mitigate risks of out of stock (e.G. change of transportation mode, ask for additional or advanced production).Monitoring shelf life and obsolescence in countries.Escalates supply risks appropriately and timely.Coordinate local mitigation activities (e.G. accelerate local release and liaising with O2C).Negotiate annual supply parameters with GSP/Supply center (APR).Maintains SAP Material Master Data accuracy in SAP and satellite systems at all times, through strict adherence to data maintenance rules.Continuous consistency checks and adjustment of current Material Master Data and planning parameters.Adequate communication and coordination with dependent functions (e.G. with O2C) to ensure smooth running of end-to-end processes.Technical Soft Skills: Bachelor's Degree in business administration or Supply Chain Management related, preferred.Experience of more than 2 years in Supply Chain Management.Very structured and analytical skills.Highly motivated, structured and able to absorb stress.Strength in troubleshooting, problem solving & high degree of proactivity.Good in English, both spoken and written
