As an Engagement Manager, you will:Provide tailored support to a defined list of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) developing, publishing, and growing sales of applications built on Microsoft cloud platforms as part of the Digital Sales ISV Success Program.Be the first point of contact, create a strong first impression, and establish a foundation for long-term partnerships.Follow a defined strategy for call talk tracks to ensure consistent and repeatable execution.Focus on relevant products/offerings for the target audience.Conduct structured outreach through multiple channels (phone, email, social media).Deliver a world-class customer engagement experience by focusing on Microsoft's customers and prospects.Position competitive solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the organization as the "Voice of the Partner."Requirements Your qualifications: We welcome people from diverse backgrounds who are curious and eager to learn.
