Mambo works with a true agile methodology, with an empowered team and nearly zero micromanagement.RoleWork on a live game with a large player base.Utilise your expertise in Photoshop, Unity, and Blender (or other 3D software) to design and implement high-quality visual effects.Integrate your work in Unity and collaborate with developers to solve technical challenges.Utilize both 2D and 3D techniques accordingly.Collaborate with the art and design teams to create visually stunning VFX for our live game content.Take ownership of VFX creation from concept to implementation, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process.Work closely with programmers to integrate VFX seamlessly into the game engineProfileMinimum of 8 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, with a focus on VFX.Strong portfolio showcasing VFX work in at least 3 different launched games.Proficiency in Photoshop, Unity, and Blender (or other 3D software).Expertise in creating visually stunning and technically optimized visual effects for games.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You love the mobile games market and understand the importance of data to make decisions
