Cooperative innovation is at the center of everything we do – from our games, new products and technologies, to how we collaborate and share inspiration with one another.Your MissionYou will be critical to the product function, as you will be performing a lead role in ideating Casino game concepts and themes in collaboration with other game designers and mathematicians.You will be part of a team in delivering high quality Casino games to the market by strong collaboration with our game producers, designers, animators, sound designers, mathematicians and software engineers experts.What you'll doIdeate Casino game concepts having always in mind the wider Product strategy.Pitch new insights to the team/hold brainstorming sessions.Fully accountable for new feature evaluations and keeping a competitive games portfolio.Participate in creation and review of original math models, new game themes, and concepts for Casino games (Slots, Table, Other).Participates in collaboration sessions regarding game, interface, animation, sound, and art style.Innovate and improve leading game mechanics and ideas for new game products.As a Game Designer, you will ultimately be responsible for the mechanics and dynamics of the Casino games produced across our studio(s).Engages with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements.What you'll bringA proven track record as a Game Designer, or similar role in the Casino Gaming industry.Narrative skills.A customer-first mindset.Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design.Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets.A proactive self-starter attitude, with excellent collaboration skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
