In this job, you'll be responsible for the execution of the business strategy and performance of the App Gallery game section in the EU market, with a clear focus on User Acquisition and Monetization.The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the mobile games industry, along with a deep understanding of end user consumption trends, needs, and expectations.Experience as a hard-core mobile game player is strongly preferred.Responsibilities:Contribute to business operations and marketing strategy, driving user growth, retention, and revenue.Execute business operation activities to drive user engagement and achieve business targets.Establish relationships with local top game players to acquire high-quality paid users.Maintain relationships with key community influencers to promote upcoming game releases and events.Act as an interface and work closely with AppGallery Ambassadors for day-to-day operations.Plan and execute dedicated creative campaigns for AppGallery games promotion in the EU market, configuring and launching planned activities in our systems.Leverage data and insights to understand Huawei's customers and identify business opportunities.Requirements:Proactive and forward-thinking, with experience in roles that involve configuration, testing, and/or teamwork.Deep understanding of mobile user consumption trends, needs, and expectations.Excellent analytical skills including proficiency in MS Excel (must have); knowledge of other analytical tools is an asset.Highly motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast-paced environment (must have).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to solve issues and get things done while remaining calm.Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.Bachelor's degree or above is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
