Gallery Assistant To Director

Gallery RED is a premier series of art galleries located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. We showcase contemporary art and offer a unique luxury experience. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Gallery Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory, global inventory, and logistics management.

Oversee new projects.

Manage the shipping, arrival, and unpacking of new works, obtain shipment quotes, and prepare shipping documentation.

Organize pickups, deliveries, and schedule installations.

Coordinate with the insurance company for shipments and maintain the gallery calendar.

Assist the Operations Manager and support the sales team by creating invoices and proformas.

Engage in sales and client interactions.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication abilities.

Proficiency in inventory management and logistics.

Understanding of platforms including Artsy and Artnet is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to assist with various tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Languages Required:

English

Spanish

(German and any other languages are a plus)
