If you are seeking an opportunity to propel your career and challenge your creativity, we want to meet you!What will you get?Seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to manage complex contract and modernization projects on installed base customer sites.The candidate will interact with and manage all Schneider Electric stakeholders to ensure overall customer satisfaction. The PM will develop, with the Business, customer engagement in more recurring business.Mission:Manages large Customer projects (Category A or B service projects) following applicable company policies and processes (main one being CPP: Customer Project Process).Leads functionally the project team.Manages the relationship with the customer and third parties within project scope and is accountable for the execution of the project in line with the contract.Contributes to the project managers community of practice.The PM should show strong leadership and business acumen.Goals:Ensure high Customer satisfaction.Successful project execution to fulfill scope, specification compliance, and schedule.Efficient project control and monitoring including appropriate risk & opportunity management.International coordination with countries to support the customer all over the world.Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.Main tasks:Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer's operations, building and maintaining strong relationships.Lead and coordinate all activities related to our engagement with the global customer's operations, project execution, and ongoing post-sales support.Allocate resources effectively to meet project deliverables, ensuring optimal collaboration, communication, and utilization of resources.Actively engage with the customer to understand their operational needs, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement in our operations.Establish a clear internal process for global emergency response, warranty questions, technical questions, quality issues, etc. to support the customer's operations.Monitor project progress and post-sales support cases including emergency response, warranty, technical questions, quality issues, etc., identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including sales, project managers, operations, and business leaders, to ensure agile multi-country collaboration service execution and post-sales support.Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.Requirements:Engineer or Business school master.5+ years experience in Project Management (within the electrical distribution field).Knowledge of functional Management with a multi-jobs team.Capability to interact with customer C-level.Customer Relation Management.Detection of new opportunities.English language is a MUST.Well-organized personality able to work without permanent supervision.High commitment to work, proactive approach, flexibility, goal-oriented & reliability.Customer approach, team spirit and good communication and presentation skills.Understanding of contractual and legal aspects.Experience and understanding of project risk management/mitigation techniques.Open for frequent international business trips.We adapt to you!With our flexible schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities.
