What will your typical day and the role look like? We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be part of a fast-paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers.
This complex job requires excellent communication and organization skills.
Your primary responsibility will be creating sales quotes, but you will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle.
A clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company provide a framework for you to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs.
You will keep records of customer interactions or transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
A few of the main tasks would be:
Raise quotes, process orders, managing invoices.Take incoming inquiries from customers.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, support, guide and escalate, where necessary.Collaborate across departments and geographies, and innovate new ways of meeting the customer needs.What will you need to be successful in this role? Previous experience from a similar role or environment is helpful but not necessary - we will make sure you receive on-the-job training on the specific skills needed to be successful in your job.
Additionally, you:
Have a positive attitude and a customer-centric mind.Full proficiency in German and English.Thrive working in a team, are communicative and comfortable collaborating in a diverse environment solving complex issues, in the best interest of the customer and the company.Have strong organizational and time management skills.From a technical skills perspective, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
