He/she will coordinate and implement our talent growth and culture programs being involved in:Coordination and implementation of global corporate processes related to performance and development management.Develop effective and fair performance appraisal systems that provide constant feedback and facilitate professional growth.Collaborate with team leaders to identify growth and career development opportunities for employees.Design, monitor and manage overall leadership and guidance, employee career development, retention plan and leadership development.Overseeing mentoring, coaching and leadership development programs to promote talent growth and retention.Develop a talent map that allows you to carry out direct actions focused on its development.Collaborate with managers to set clear and measurable goals, as well as identify and address areas for improvement in performance.Implement recognition and rewards programs that recognize and value employee effort and achievements
