Currently handling 30% of all the renewable energy in Spain, this solution allows green energy production to be more efficient and sustainable, bringing closer the goal of achieving a carbon-neutral world.Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced SCADA Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of SCADA system projects from inception through completion.As a Senior Project Manager in our team, you will manage relevant projects with a high level of customer and provider interaction.
In this role, you will be the key player in Green Eagle to push and manage special projects, ensuring the alignment of the agreed requirements and the actual delivery.
You will also be responsible for keeping the scope, budget, and time delivery in place, while identifying deviations and potential risks in the project and setting the contingency plan.What You'll Be Doing:Steering organization, customers, vendors, and partners on the contribution of the project.Being the main point of contact for the customer and managing all project-related resources to guarantee the success of the project.Providing leadership, drive, discipline, and support to team members (internal and external) through guidance and advice.Efficiently executing the project management role on assigned projects (documentation, reporting, customer and stakeholder management, planning and scheduling, risk management, budgeting, change control, resource allocation, etc).Overseeing the tasks allocated to others in a diligent manner in pursuit of effective project delivery.Maintaining business expertise and providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from design and development to testing and commissioning.What You Need To Succeed:Proven experience in renewal automation projects (PLC, SCADA, HMI systems, RTUs...), with a minimum of 5 years in such specific roles.A solid understanding of SCADAs, especially in renewable energy installations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.Extensive experience in managing large projects with multidisciplinary teams and both internal and external team members.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage in effective and assertive conversations.
