Job description
About the position: As a Senior Scrum Master (+Python +Q&A; +DB / SQL) at PASSNFLY, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams of 2-8 developers each, with some being internal (Core) and others from partner software companies. Teams are distributed cross-location and remote.
Products: Manage multiple product lines (mostly microservices architecture), where a single product could have various parallel Sprints.
Q&A: You will run and further improve our Q&A strategy and be co-responsible alongside tech leads and product owners for stability and bug management.
Python: You shall understand code and review commits for compliance with coding standards; you shall NOT integrate or release & deploy, but this could be an option.
SQL / DB: Our products are data-driven, e.g., e-Commerce products/services to upload and publish, hence your ability to coordinate and Q&A data uploads or report (non-application) Bugs.
Management: You will run burndowns, retrospectives, sprints, and capacity planning.

About the company: PASSNFLY is a start-up company founded in 2 based in central Barcelona, Spain. We are the only company in the world offering an engine that provides automated check-in for flights. It automatically checks in passengers to their preferred seats and sends the boarding pass to their phone. Currently, we are cooperating with more than airlines and are still expanding.

Requirements: Min. 3+ years as Scrum Master
Min. 2+ years with (Atlassian) JIRA
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Python Developer
Knowledge of MySQL / MongoDB
Able to communicate technical issues with developers as well as non-technical users
Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
Knowledge of RESTful API
Knowledge of OOP / AOP / TDD
Knowledge of GIT
Experience in Refactoring
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to have: A scrum master certification by Scrum Alliance (or equivalent) would be great
Demonstrated experience in Python with Flask
Experience with version control tools and continuous integration
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Being a problem solver, having a positive attitude, and having the ability to work in a team
Responsibilities: Cooperation with other back-end / front-end developers to implement new product functionalities
Daily scrum and sprint plannings every 2-3 weeks
Communication with external web services
