FunPlus has also positioned itself in the RPG puzzle genre with Call of Antia.In 2021, FunPlus acquired Imagendary Studios working on its first original AAA development.Your RoleBe part of FunPlus' global, multi-specialized team of legal counsel and professionals as you partner across our organization to provide legal solutions and consult and inform what we build and develop for our people, players, and customers around the world. You will be a member of FunPlus' Global Legal Department with its main offices in Switzerland and Beijing. This role reports to our General Counsel, Western Markets at our global HQ in Switzerland.Your Responsibilities- In close collaboration with your global legal team members, you will partner with the FunPlus business teams in our Western markets to manage, negotiate, and execute a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements, compliance/legal/risk management-related local and global matters and projects, primarily relating to our Western entities and markets.- Pro-actively manage the day-to-day legal operational, contractual, corporate, organizational, and compliance needs of our entities and studios in our Western markets.Your Profile- Excellent command of English (fluent) and Mandarin (native).- About 5-8 years' experience in a comparable commercial legal function, preferably in gaming, media, or the tech industry.- A Master's Law degree from a reputable university in Europe, the UK, or the US.- Excellent service-oriented and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with people from a broad range of cultures, individuals, and groups in a cross-functional context are a must.- Ability to simplify complexity to actionable decisions and manage complex projects and negotiations, keeping all stakeholders informed and committed.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and advisors.- Demonstrated ability to quickly research and evaluate novel legal issues, with a focus on practical solutions and an understanding of legal risks.- Interest and familiarity with legal issues facing technology and gaming companies
